Shannon Lukes and Steven King Join First Montana Bank

(May 11, 2015) Missoula, Montana – Shannon Lukes has joined the First Montana Bank Commercial Lending team as Vice President in Missoula. Shannon is a native Montanan and has lived in Missoula nearly all her life. Shannon is a proud graduate of the University of Montana School of Business Administration and has been working in the Missoula banking community since 2004.

Shannon takes pride in providing personalized service to all of her clients, using every effort to understand the client’s business and their banking needs. With her commercial banking experience, she is in touch with the needs of Western Montana’s business owners and will bring a variety of customized options to the table to see if First Montana Bank can meet your banking needs for any commercial project.

Shannon is active in many community and civic organizations, currently serving on the Women’s advisory board for Community Medical Center; The University of Montana Foundation Excellence Fund; and the Montana Diva Foundation (Celtic Festival Missoula).

Shannon is a part owner of Missoula Brewing Company, where her son, Lance, works as a Brewers’ Apprentice. Shannon’s husband, Bob, is an attorney at Garlington, Lohn & Robinson. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys hiking with her two Golden Retrievers in the hills above Missoula and working in her garden.

Steven King has joined the First Montana Bank Commercial Lending team as Senior Vice President and Regional Business Development Officer in Bozeman.  Steve brings extensive professional banking experience having worked in executive bank management and commercial lending since 1985.

Steve will continue to provide his experience, wisdom and knowledge about all forms of commercial lending to First Montana Bank clients. Steve’s responsibilities as Senior Vice President and Regional Business Development Officer include growing and managing the commercial loan portfolio and promoting the Bank’s commercial lending services and products throughout Southwestern Montana.

Steve has strong ties to the Gallatin Valley and is active in several community and civic organizations.  He is currently serving as a Guardian Ad Litem Board Member for CASA as well as a member of the Development Committee for Eagle Mount.
